A respect for the Justice System and an admiration for those who have dedicated their lives to representing and protecting the rights of others is Hard Copy Cafe's driving force to serve the San Diego County Superior Courts and the Judicial Council of California.
Hard Copy Café’s mission is to serve the legal professionals, jurors and visitors of the San Diego Central Courthouse; providing the highest quality quick-serve menu selections possible, with our premier responsibilitiy being our customers’ overall experience.
Hard Copy Café’s vision is to be seen as an industry innovator, providing a variety of quality menu options and convenient business services, geared towards a professional on the go environment, personalizing customer service by prioritizing our customer's safety and experience.
Our focus is to build a business model which includes a strong tech-stack of management services including POS, inventory control, task and productivity tracking, powered by our customer outreach program consisting of digital signage, rewards, email marketing, website and remote ordering.
During the COVID-19 crisis, Hard Copy Cafe has focused on organizing information and designing a Blind Vendor community outreach program, with resources and guidance for Blind Vendors in the State of California Department of Rehabilitation's Business Enterprises Program for the Blind. We are inviting Blind Vendors from across the State to join our efforts to create safer and more successful opportunities for Blind Vendors and their families.
In 2000, a combination of previous experience in legal document production support, rock bottom personal challenges, and a degenerative eye disease were all major motivating factors in the concept development of the Hard Copy Cafe. Time's darkest hours gave birth to hope that has been powered by a dream.
"I believe there are angels among us, sent down to us from somewhere up above. They come to you and me in our darkest hours, to show us how to live, to teach us how to give, to guide us with a light of love." ~ Helen Keller
